C&K Systems (Europe) BV appointed the Nemtek Group as the C&K Agents for Southern Africa. In November

1998, the Nemtek Group formed a new company: Nemtek Systems, which complements and enhances its

existing range of sophisticated security products. Nemtek Systems imports and distributes the C&K product

range to existing Nemtek Group and authorised distributors.
